One of the U.K’s largest retailers of digital wireless headsets are pleased to announce a new repair service for faulty headsets. Manchester’s Big Box Shop have provided headsets from leading manufacturers such as Plantronics and Jabra to a host of organisations, and are now using this knowledge and expertise to offer a headset repairs service for faulty or broken units.

Depending on the type of headset you have, you may find that it is much cheaper to repair, than replace the unit. Big Box can repair most models for just £15 and repairs take no longer than 5 working days. All repaired headsets come complete with a six month warranty and include new ear cushions and voice tubes.
